The Effect of Fixed and Changing Distance Drilling Exercise Methods on Archery Accuracy

This study aims to determine the effect of fixed distance drills and changing distances on archery accuracy. type research is experimental with design "Two One Group Pretest Posttest Design." The population in this was athletes, totaling 58 athletes. sample taken by random sampling, 20 instrument used Archery Accuracy Test. analysis data a 5% significance test. Data t-test level 5%. results showed (1) significant drilling exercises accuracy, t-count 15,810 > t table 2,262 value 0.000 < 0.05. magnitude increase accuracy after being given exercise 5.62%. (2) There count 9.256 2.447 changed 9.94%. (3) difference between extensive 5.723 2.101 Changed are better than
